Due to the Government's strict stance on the Right to Rent legislation, we are forced to do a final check and see original and valid Right to Rent documents at the key collection appointment, before we hand over any keys. This means we are unable to release keys on behalf of another person, and all keys must be collected/released during our office hours. http://wiki.sam.properties/index.php?title=Applications#Step_6:_Right_to_Rent We will also be unable to release keys if you are outstanding any monetary amounts, including Admin/Holding fees, Deposits, or the First Month's rent. Please ensure that all amounts are paid to us prior to your key collection appointment, otherwise we will regretfully be unable to grant you access to the property. (Please note that this also applies to any flatmates or joint tenants, so you can't pick up keys if someone in your flat hasn't paid their deposit in full etc)
