Do you want to feel like new after the summer? Life always gets super busy in September, yet after a Summer of fun, we do need to find a way to get into the movement pattern. I am here to offer exactly this... 12 days of Barre challenge!
Use the last week of August and the first week of September, to kick start your fitness life. Maybe get yourself started on a new goal, or continue the one you had before the summer started. This can also be an opportunity to explore what you actually want to work on. Sign up to the challenge and learn more about your body, notice how to improve your mental health and enjoy working out with everyone all over the world!
