We are a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu School, run by a Roger Gracie Black Belt who has won the IBJJF European Championship at Purple, Brown, and Black Belt. We are currently running classes in accordance with government guidelines that aim to prevent the spread of Coronavirus. The adults BJJ fitness class will be a 45 minute fairly intense class that aims to get your (BJJ) fitness back up to the level it was at before the lockdown.
