This weekly Yoga class for all abilities will build strength and flexibility as well as improving your balance in mind and body.
You'll learn asanas (Yoga postures) to improve fitness and mobility as well as calming breathing techniques (pranayama) to help de-stress as we unite body, breath and mind for ultimate wellbeing.
There's ample parking - come into the golf club rear entrance, go past the 'gentlemen's locker room' and then go through the door which has 'Cantorian Creigiau' on it and up the stairs to the function room.
