Bring your friends or make new ones!Fairy Sandie has created these classes from a collection of all her favourite creative ideas she has gathered throughout her life, as a visual artist and performer.She loves creating dance, movement, music, singing, visual arts and performing fun.All of her workshops have little rituals and treats that educate us to look after the planet we live on, to be a good friend and to look after ourselves.We love to connect kids with nature, community and discovering their own self expression.Our workshops all take place twice a week at The Pickled Fairy, in The Party Room.

For those needing a full exhale. A deeply immersive Zenthai experience allowing space to completely slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself. This extended session creates time to work deeply through the body’s lines of tension with flowing movement, acupressure, assisted stretching, breath, stillness, and integration. Ideal for chronic tension, burnout, emotional heaviness, nervous system dysregulation, or deep recovery support. More than bodywork, this is space to be held, unravel, and restore.Recommended monthly, seasonally, or whenever life feels heavy. Zenthai for Children | Ages 6–12 A gentle introduction to nervous system regulation through movement, touch, breath, and stillness. Designed for children who may be feeling anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally sensitive, highly energetic, or needing support to slow down and reconnect with their bodies. These sessions use gentle Zenthai-inspired bodywork techniques to help children feel grounded, calm, safe, and supported. Zenthai combines assisted stretching, rhythmic movement, acupressure, and calming touch to help regulate the nervous system, release built-up tension, and support emotional wellbeing in a nurturing and playful way. Each session is adapted to the child’s comfort, needs, and personality, creating a safe space for rest, connection, and regulation. 40min
