Sports massage is a focused form of manual therapy designed to mobilise soft tissue and muscles. It is a more targeted and therapeutic treatment compared to relaxation massage.During the session, I use specific myofascial techniques to help release scar tissue, reduce soft tissue restrictions, and improve muscle function. This treatment is particularly effective for injury management, muscular tension, and areas of chronic tightness. An hour appointment is typically dedicated to one specific area of concern, allowing enough time to properly assess and treat the injury or issue.

Deep tissue massage sits between Swedish and Sports massage in both pressure and intention. It is ideal for those who want deeper work than relaxation massage, but without the highly focused, injury-specific approach of sports therapy. This treatment involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of muscles and connective tissues. It helps to break down tension, release tight areas, and improve overall muscle function.

Swedish massage is a slow, gentle, and deeply relaxing treatment designed to calm both body and mind. The session takes place in a warm, low-lit room where you can fully enjoy the calming silence, accompanied by soft, soothing music to enhance your relaxation experience.This is a quiet treatment, I do not engage in conversation unless necessary, allowing you to completely unwind without distraction.The massage begins with you lying face up (supine) and concludes with you in prone position, creating a balanced, full-body experience. Massage of the feet and abdomen is optional, as I understand not all clients feel comfortable with these areas being treated. Your comfort, preferences, and sense of ease are always respected throughout the session.
