As we stroll through the market’s lively stalls, you'll meet the friendly vendors, taste their delicious offerings, and hear the fascinating stories behind the products—where they come from and how they’re made. Once we've gathered everything we need, we’ll head back to Soqueta, where we’ll cook up traditional island recipes passed down through my family. Together, we’ll prepare a starter, a main dish, and a dessert, all at a relaxed pace, cozy, down-to-earth setting, capturing the true spirit of the island.

A trip to childhood memories

Experience the charm of making traditional Majorcan almond ice cream in the old-fashioned, rustic style we call ‘bomb ice cream. This summer experience, eagerly awaited by children, involves whipping cream by hand using Grandpa Tomeu’s vintage machine. While the ice cream churns, we’ll bake a sweet sponge cake for dipping. We’ll share coffee, liquor, and stories about my grandfather, all while enjoying the local almond ice cream.
