AngioScreen Vascular Screening
AngioScreen® is an easy-to-take, non-invasive screening lasting less than 10 minutes which provides the participant with immediate information about their circulation, risk of heart disease, stroke and abdominal aorta aneurysm. Key tests include an Ultrasound of the left and right carotid arteries and Peak Systolic Velocity (PSV) calculation; an Ankle Brachial Index (ABI) which reads blood pressures in both legs; and a simple EKG which tests for atrial fibrillation and an Abdominal Aorta Aneurysm (AAA) scan. Screening participants receive an immediate one-page color printout result sheet including their carotid ultrasound images and vital measurements.

To book an appointment for a potential adoption, you must first have an approved application on file. You can find our adoption application on our website at Hopeforliferescue.com.Our adoption fees are as follows:Adult Dog: $300Puppy: $350Adult Cat: $75Kitten: $150The adoption fee includes the following: spay/neuter, first year vaccinations, initial deworming & flea/tick treatment, and (for dogs) microchip with lifetime registrationAll appointments must first be approved.
