Join us for a refreshing and soul-nourishing yoga class at our local park in Burnham. This class is designed to be gentle yet empowering, perfect for all abilities—from beginners to experienced yogi's.
What to Expect:
- A gentle, flow-based practice that emphasises mindfulness, relaxation, and breathwork.
- Poses and sequences that can be modified to suit every body type and skill level.
- A supportive community atmosphere where everyone is welcome.
Schedule:
- Tuesday 6:30-7:30pm or Wednesday 9:30-10:30pm.
- Classes are 1 hour long.

- Burnham Park (near the outdoor gym).

Weather Concerns:
We all know what England can be like! If it's not possible to do an outdoor class, we will transition to an online zoom session. You'll receive a link to join the class virtually.
How to Join:
- Bring your mat, any props (e.g. blocks, bolsters, blankets) and water bottle.
- Dress in loose and comfortable clothing.
- Arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
