Have you ever encountered clay in your backyard? By a beach or a river? Have you wondered how to use it and fire it?In this course we will connect with the wild, simple and ritualistic aspect of ceramics. Day 1: Clay in its natural context. How to recognise it, extract it and prepare it into a clay body. We will prepare clay and start handbuilding an object.Day 2: We will continue to work on our piece.
