  INTERVIEW ME FOR YOUR PROJECT OR TASK!  Face to face meetings can be challenging. Between scheduling conflicts, location logistics, and weather, the easiest way for us to chat about your upcoming projects, is to meet online in my dedicated Zoom Meeting Room!Whether you join Zoom via video or only via audio, this is your opportunity to visually meet me and determine if At Your Service (AYS) is a good fit  for what you have in mind.  Best of all, you can join the meeting from the comfort of your home office, the waiting room at the oil change center, the chair lift, or even while on a hike (although stable cellular service is necessary for the meeting link to function)!  OUR FEES  During your consult we will discuss our our transparent and very easy to predict fee structure:Our services are billed by hour, and when paid electronically (via Venmo) our hourly rate is $35 per AYS staff member. See details below.Materials, outside resources, and other incidentals that are used to complete the project, will be billed at cost (no mark up to the client).  AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES  You will receive an itemized estimate that you will be able to review and edit prior to contracting our services.Your signature of approval on the estimate and our receipt of a 50% upfront deposit will ensure you are booked into the next opening on our calendar!  PAYMENT TERMS  We are unable to accept cash payment. Your Venmo account will allow you to connect to a debit or credit card.When paying by check, please add an $11 service fee to our hourly rate and note that we are unable to provide service for up to ten (10) business days following deposit of the check.  WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER OUR CONSULT  Following our meeting, you will receive an email that details the scope of work we have discussed AND our proposed budget.Your signature of approval and a 50% upfront deposit will reserve our next available opening in our schedule!It's that easy ... choose Book Now to get started!
