At the day & time of the appointment, be sure to: 

Have out all of your Cutco. All knives, gadgets, cuttings boards- even flatware!For a successful service appointment, have the head(s) of the kitchen present for the service. We will do a Knife 101 to review products, answer questions, and review the latest and greatest to complete your Cutco Kitchen.
