These sessions are to learn foundational physiological practices in order to emotionally regulate your body.Choose breathing or lymphatic drainage and movement- it's up to you! These sessions are to learn to play and trust your body again so that you FEEL good and have more energy.60 mins full of learning, assessment (by ME!) and fun drills for you to play with to teach your body how to foundationally regulate itself.Please email me to request appointment!
