Your introduction to UR Sovereign. This is a one-hour body-based assessment and assisted stretching session designed to help you understand what your body is communicating — and for us to discover whether we're the right fit to work together. We'll begin with a conversation around your lifestyle, movement, habits and what you're currently experiencing in your body. I'll then use simple range-of-motion and movement assessments to observe where your body may be holding restriction, tension or compensation. From there, we'll move into assisted stretching and targeted bodywork. Where appropriate, I may work directly with an isolated area of tension during the session. This is intentionally an introductory treatment rather than a full therapeutic session. If I feel deeper or more specific work would benefit you, I'll talk you through what I'd recommend and why. Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Shorts and a sports vest/top are ideal. You remain fully clothed throughout the session.Best for:Body awareness • mobility • muscular tension • identifying areas of restriction • discovering what your body needs next

This deeply focused treatment works through the arms, shoulders, neck and upper back, creating space for areas that have become overloaded through stress, repetitive movement, overworking and emotional holding. The session incorporates massage, assisted stretching, fascial release, mobility work and work along the meridian pathways running through the arms.Rather than simply treating the neck and shoulders, we take the time to explore the whole pathway of tension — because restriction further down the body can influence how freely the neck and shoulders are able to release.Your session includes a personalised aromatherapy blend in a nourishing jojoba-based oil, selected to complement your treatment and create a more immersive sensory experience.Particularly supportive if you experience:Neck and shoulder tension • tension headaches • migraines • restricted movement • desk-related tension • overworking • feeling like you physically can't switch off

A deeply grounding treatment for when you feel like your body is struggling to come back down.Root & Ground focuses on the hips, legs and lower back, combining therapeutic bodywork, assisted stretching, mobility work, reflexology and meridian-based techniques. We'll work through the major pathways of the legs and incorporate targeted points and movement to create greater freedom through the hips and lower body. The session moves through different positions, including prone, side-lying and supine work, allowing us to work with the body from multiple angles before finishing with grounding reflexology.Your treatment is complemented by a personalised aromatherapy blend in a nourishing jojoba-based oil, selected to complement your session and create a deeper sensory experience. This treatment may be particularly supportive if you're experiencing:Restlessness • lower-body tension • hip restriction • lower-back tension • difficulty winding down • feeling constantly "on" • difficulty settling into your bodyThe intention is to bring you back down, back into your body and back home to yourself.

This full body flow consists of both standing and sitting poses which aims for releasing tensions and stiffness in our bodies. If you are looking for a complete full body stretching class, this class is for you! - Suitable for all levels- All you need are yoga mat & yoga blocks / something supportive like thick books

You will learn more about how your body breath, the nose, throat, chest, abodmen even the sound of it. By tuning inward with your body, you will feel recharged and calm after 45 mins session. The class will be divided into two parts: Breathing awareness tuning & meditationSuitable for all level and all you need is a chair / mat you can sit with comfortably or keep your spine straight.
