La 1ère séance se déroule en partie ou entièrement avec le.s parent.s suivant les besoins de votre enfant.L'accompagnement sophrologique nécessite plusieurs séances, nous le définirons ensemble en fonction de vos objectifs et de vos besoins. Ce temps qui leur est entièrement dédié,couplé à des jeux relaxants et alternativement "défoulants" est très apprécié par les enfants.

La sophrologie vous conviendra surement.Lors de votre 1ère séance, j'écouterai vos besoins et objectifs qui me serviront de base pour établir votre parcours d' accompagnement personnalisé. L'accompagnement sophrologique nécessite plusieurs séances. Nous définirons ensemble le nombre de séances en fonction de vos objectifs et de vos besoins.Une séance est composée d'un temps d'écoute, puis d'un temps de pratiques de relaxation, de pratiques respiratoires, de visualisation et de mouvements corporels. Et enfin d'un temps d'expression orale, écrite ou pourquoi en dessin de vos ressentis. J'adapte votre parcours d'accompagnement personnalisé entre chaque séance afin d'être au plus près de vos besoins.

This is your initial appointment where you will meet your wedding co-ordinator and see where you can celebrate the big day! This is when you can let us know what you’re looking for the big day. You will be taken on a tour of the potential rooms for the ceremony and reception and of course you’ll see all of our iconic locations such as our award-winning gardens and our ballroom! Then you will be able to sit down with your co-ordinator and finally make your dreams a reality.

Anytime between your first show around and a few months before the wedding we encourage you to have a follow up appointment to show your family and friends the vision you have for your day. Again, our co-ordinators will sit down and answer any possible questions, you or your loved ones may have.

This will be your final meeting with co-ordinators before the big day and it’s where everything is going to be finalised. You will discuss timings, dining, drinks, décor, extras and much more! The next time we will see you will be the big day!
