About the show: I do an open platform, pre-recorded. This allows for editing or removing dogs or kids from the background. With so many working from home it is a common thing now to have one or both coming in during the interview.  Also , as this pre-recorded the air date may be a few days to a few weeks before airing. It really depends on booking and the turn-aroud from editing. This is a video interview. We have found listeners like seeing the artist more than just hearing about them on the radio. However, with the addition of Spotify they have the choice. We promote it on Facebook, twitter, IGTV and youtube. As well as LinkIn with the use of hashtags and SEO marking so when people google you they find the interview. Dove and Dragon Radio is now on Itunes, Iheart radio, Spotify, Google Podcasts, Stitcher, Pandora. TuneIn + Alexa, Podchaser, Pocket Casts, Deezer, Listen Notes, Player FM, Podcast Index, Amazon Music ; just to name a fewListerneship is about 300k+ right now, but always growing.listen links : https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLafXPzI5du9dzJba-voLM7ztIkRyc9H0D  this is the master archive  https://open.spotify.com/show/0hvom4MsI1LZYRkexmFurvhttps://rss.com/podcasts/doveanddragonradio/https://music.amazon.com/podcasts/51e5d29e-2c68-4c32-84a2-5b7091524ad2/Dove-and-Dragon-Radiohttps://www.iheart.com/podcast/269-dove-and-dragon-radio-77862780/https://www.pandora.com/podcast/dove-and-dragon-radio/PC:63985?part=PC:63985&corr=podcast_organic_external_site&TID=Brand:POC:PC63985:podcast_organic_external_sitehttps://tunein.com/podcasts/Arts--Culture-Podcasts/Dove-and-Dragon-Radio-p1410364/There are others but these are the main ones. Other Links https://trientpressmagazine.com/  (Whttps://trientpress.com/

AC - Tell us more about your main areas of expertise for being an advisor?Melisa Ruscsak - As I know a little bit on a lot of subjects it really depends on the questions being asked. From marketing, SEO, and finding a unicorn. It really depends.AC - Describe your main motivation for being an advisor?Melisa Ruscsak - I tend to mentor and help people a lot. Even when I don’t realize that I am. From taking new businesses and authors under my wing and guiding them on structuring their business to finding their "why"..AC - Elaborate on the types of situations, challenges or decisions, you feel you could add the most value to as an advisor?Melisa Ruscsak - For me, I don’t look at things with “in the box” thinking. There are so many companies out there that need to readjust how they think. Every problem has a solution, but not every solution comes from how things were done in the past.  AC - Do you see any disruptive trends on the horizon in your industry or position?Melisa Ruscsak- As I work in publishing and some b2b I see a lot of disruptive trends coming. From restructuring of social media to how people buy things.  AC - Tell me about the most impactful project or decision you’ve been involved in as an executive.Melisa Ruscsak - Starting my magazine I think has been the most impactful. It has allowed me to connect with other business owners and entrepreneurs. See problems outside of my own field, and has opened up opportunities for companies that I otherwise wouldn’t have had. It also has added three revenue streams just by adding one product. Of course, adding a partnership with a crypto mining app has also helped with the company's building and investing relations.
