You can bring friends along as long as they don't want a tan. Before you tan!!- Shave and exfoliate your skin- Skip your post-shower moisturizers, deodorant, perfume, and makeup.- Wear loose-fitting clothingAftercare- Do not shower for at least 6 hours after your tan (I prefer to sleep in mine!)- DO NO USE SOAP YOUR FIRST SHOWER- Gently pat your skin dry after showering DO NOT RUB- Moisturize your whole body after you shower
