Vinyasa flow moves from one pose to the next linking mindful movement with the breath.Classes feature sun salutations, standing poses, forward extensions, back bends, balancing poses, inversions, seated poses, stretching and of course savasana.Weekday classes are 60 minutes and classes on Saturday and Sunday are 75 minutes.Class size is limited to 6 participants.

You are more than welcome to come earlier in the day to setup for the event, but guests should not arrive until 6:00 PM. Please have everything cleaned up by 6:00 AM the following day.

Friday Rentals are a 12 hour time slot. You should have everything cleaned up and ready to be re-rented by 6:00 AM the following day.Please note that on Saturday and Sunday the rental is a 24 hour time slot. Your rental time starts at 6:00 AM and goes until 6:00 AM the next day.
