Deep tissue massage is a type of massage aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia, also called connective tissue.

Sports massage aims to reduce pain and improve joint mobility. It combines deep-tissue massage, neuromuscular techniques and stretching to relieve tension. This is available to the anybody; whether your a runner, rower, athlete, or non-athlete, Sports Massage can alleviate acute pain.

Swedish massage combines deep tissue massage with a therapeutic massage using soothing techniques and deep-tissue massage to ease tension from your muscles and stresses from the body.

An internal examination is performed with sampling of cervical cells for cytology. Bookings on Monday afternoons, Wednesday mornings and Friday mornings.It is done in conjunction with RACE Laboratories.

3 Homevisits in the first 6 weeks after your baby's birth.This is a service from the medical aids underwritten by Discovery Health, paid from your hospital benefit.  This visit does require authorization, which I will do for you before the visit can take place.Please whatsapp me on 082 562 2023 to arrange this booking. Homecare is done on Wednesdays, within a 10km radius from the practice

This service is only available in a 10km radius from the practice and has to be confirmed via whatsapp.A full consultation with history, physical assessment and observance of a feed to address any breastfeeding difficulties. Eg, Painful feeding, breast pain, insufficient milk supply, insufficient weight gain, etc. This consultation takes place in your home. Bookings available on Wednesdays only.
