Session will be 30 minutes and take place at a location TBD within Delaware County. No traveling outside of location available for sessions booked between August-November. Session includes 30 minutes, digital gallery of 30 images with release to print.

Toujours accepts walk in consigners on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 10 AM - 3 PM. If you prefer an alternative drop off time, appointments are required. Please choose the best day/time to bring in your items.

Here at chop it up, we understand that everyone has different levels of knowledge when it comes to preparing and cooking foods. Bring your palate and a passion to learn and we will teach you the techniques to build upon your cooking skills. Our lessons can be tailored to your needs and will touch on a basic understanding of the following: Food Safety (basic understanding of proper food handling practices, food storage, danger zones, cross-contamination, allergens)All about knife skills & safety ( basic understanding of the different types of knives and what they are used for, dicing, chopping, mincing)Flavor combinations (basic understanding of creating dishes with different flavor components i.e sweet & sour)Cooking methods & equipment use (basic understanding of sauteing, roasting, searing, etc)Sauce Making (Basic understanding of creating sauces)  *Our pricing is on a per-hour basis and does not include the cost of groceries

With our in-home meal prep option, we take the thought out of food by creating delicious pre-portioned grab-and-go meals & snacks for 5 days (price is for 5 meals & 5 snacks). Chop it up focuses on:Creating a weekly menu based on a (5-day timeframe) tailored to your dietary needs. Take the ease out of preparation by letting us shop for all ingredients (cost of groceries not included)We then cook and package all meals (containers included in the cost unless another specified type of container is preferred which will be an additional fee dependent on container cost)After completion, we will clean up your kitchen
