This midweek class starts slow and gentle with Yin yoga—long, floor-based stretches that help release tightness in the hips, spine, and shoulders. You’ll hold each pose for a few minutes, allowing your body to soften and your mind to slow down.From there, we’ll gently transition into restorative yoga, settling into fully supported postures that invite deep rest rather than effort. Using props and stillness, the body is given permission to soften completely, allowing the central nervous system to down-regulate. Breath becomes slower and deeper, signalling safety to the brain and shifting us out of fight-or-flight and into rest-and-restore. This practice helps calm the mind, reduce stress hormones, and leave you feeling grounded, regulated, and deeply nourished.Perfect for unwinding from the day and resetting for the rest of your week.
