A lovely mix of Yoga and Pilates to create, length and strength throughout the whole body.Suitable for all ages and abilities (age 14+)

A truly relaxing class that combines restorative yoga, with sound meditation.The yoga poses are held for longer (3-5 minutes) and help release any held in pain/trauma.The gong and singing bowls will soften your body into a deeper state of relaxation to help you take to the time to really focus on yourself.All bolsters, blocks, mats and blankets are provided for you 

We run two sessions every other month, that are geared towards ages 5-8, and 9-12.Via the use of yoga, breathwork and activities, we help your child (ren) explore their uniqueness, and understand their feelings in more detail, so that they are more able to discuss how the feel
