At A to Zen therapies we offer Dry Cupping. Der Kurs verbindet freies Tanzen mit angeleiteten Methoden, die Feldern, wie Embodiment, Authentic Movement, Contact Improvisation, Somatic Experiencing und Tanztherapie entspringen.

Während du beim Intuitive Dance auch mal wild rumspringst, dich schüttelst und ins Schwitzen kommst, wird es hier ruhiger. Es geht um langsame, achtsame Bewegungen, die dir helfen, dich in allen Facetten zu spüren. Die Session ermöglicht dir, dein Nervensystem zu regulieren und gibt dir einen Raum für Integration.
