Hatha & Vinyasa YogaSuitable for all levelsA Hatha and Vinyasa Fusion class. Often the class will be Hatha yoga, typically holding poses between 3-5 breaths. Then we will bring in a more energetic feel with Vinyasa yoga, moving between poses at a slightly quicker pace, typically between 1-2 breaths. There is no pressure to move quickly, the class is suitable for all levels and everyone is encouraged to go at their own pace. listen to your body and do what feels good for you. £7 per person.
