Welcome to Sunday!  This is an energising vinyasa flow style class suitable for improvers and intermediates .  The 1-hour class is held in a tranquil setting close to nature, in a beautiful heated yurt hosted by The Happy Body Project, Wilstead. 每週進行觀念講解，並進行瑜珈正位的練習，為同學們建構練習瑜珈的基礎。老師簡介：Lydia 曾為上班族，為減少辦公室久坐不適、壓力調適與減緩運動傷害，而開始了固定練習瑜伽的學習旅程。 Lydia 認為瑜珈不只是拉筋，而是透過啟動、活化不同肌群，幫助身體更加平衡與有彈性。瑜珈，可以很溫和，也可以很有挑戰；可以有多元變化的序列，也可以在一致的體位法中穩定進步。
