A Hands on, motivational strength training session ensuring proper form and technique during all personal training sessions focusing on each clients goals. Posture and alignment will be taught beginning of session to inform proper mechanics of each exercise. *New Client Movement Assessment is required prior to scheduling a PFT session. 

Designed to focus on improving flexibility, core strength, posture alignment & re-alignment, build stability and mobility. Each session is tailored to meet the client's body needs and goals. These sessions are less focused on intensity and more on overall mind/body connection and breath. In Yoga Therapy, a variety of modalities, including yoga postures, chanting, breath work & journaling are used to assist the client with any stuck emotions & metaphysical goals.

This package is designed for individuals, and all finalized images will be conveniently shared through a client web gallery.

Our Gold Package is designed to provide you with a complete professional photography experience. This package includes 10 high-resolution retouched photographs by our expert retoucher, 2 hours of studio time, 2 outfit changes, a choice of background, and the opportunity to include up to 3 people. Additionally, we will capture behind the scenes footage of your session and provide you with a client web gallery to easily view and share your stunning images. With our Gold Package, you can expect top-quality photographs and a seamless service from start to finish.

Our Platinum Package offers a comprehensive and premium photography experience. With 15 high-resolution retouched images, you can expect exceptional quality and attention to detail. We provide client proofing to ensure your complete satisfaction. Additionally, we offer 4 hours of studio time, allowing for multiple outfits and various backgrounds to capture your unique vision. Our professional team will accommodate up to 5 people in the session. As a bonus, you will receive a behind-the-scenes video, giving you a glimpse of the creative process. Your final images will be showcased in a client web gallery, easily accessible for sharing and downloading.
