BA Training Guideline· Maximum 1 full day/ 2 half-day training (F2F/online format) per quarter, book via “Simply Book”[Each session requires BA full team attendance] · The brand must provide 100% vendor-funded promoters on training date, with minimum requirement below:No. of headcount per store per brandMinimum no. of promoter support1-3≥ 1 during at least during 11am-8pm4 or more≥ 2 during at least during 11am-8pm · For F2F training, brand must provide venue and transportation. No reimbursement allowed. · Time slots for HK: (Subject to blackout dates exclusion)è Full-day training (9am-6pm): Available on Monday and Tuesday.è Half-day training (9am-1pm or 2-6pm): Available on Wednesday and Thursday.· Off- Site/Cross-border/Overseas Training Arrangementsè Definition: BAs need to depart from original division to attend training (Including HK to MAO/ MAO to HK)è Above guideline remains unchanged + Please fill in Brand Request Form - Overseas Training / Seminar in attachment Guideline of Brand Request Overseas Training / Seminar – HK & MAO and send to respective SM/AGM at least 1 month in advance. All off-side training requests need to be agreed by stores. Booking Workflow*:1. Vendors MUST sign up for an account (1 account for each division) to view the booking status any time.2. Upon login, request can be submitted via “Simply book” during the booking period, timeslots to be allocated on a first come first serve basis.3. The portal will show the booking period for the upcoming 2 quarters. Please save the dates for your own record, there won’t be email notification from DFS.4. The final decision will be based on the booking status under your account (Email confirmation does not count).5. For any vendor cancellation, please email the respective store SM at least 5 working days in advance. Any cancellations without prior notice will be penalized at BA booking for the following quarter.6. Cancellation will take place even though training has been confirmed, it is when there are:è Bookings exceeding the quota will be cancelled. Only the session(s) at the earlier training date(s) will be acknowledged.è Failed to indicate training format (F2F/online)è Online training: No Team / Zoom link providedCancellation notices will be sent to the email account that made the booking.7. No additional slots will be provided outside the booking windows or when the slots are fully booked.
