Small group aqua fit sessions suitable for older people and those who would benefit from low impact exercise.Ideal for beginners.  You don't need to be able to swim to enjoy these sessions.  The pool is standing depth and heated.  The pool is stairs entry up and down with one handrail.  Assistance can be given.  Not suitable for wheelchair users or those who cannot access stairs.Low impact and a lot of fun!Pay as you go - term time only.Payment is non-refundable. but you can amend your booking with 24hours notice.

You can chose to leave as it is or have a gel colour of your choice added on top. To finish, you’ll have cuticle oil and hand cream applied. 

This service is for those who have had BIAB applied by me and having a touch up done. Your cuticles will be cleaned and tidied with the BIAB touched up and a new gel colour of your choice applied. To finish, you’ll have cuticle oil and hand cream to nourish the skin.

This service is for those who want their gel or BIAB completely removed so you walk out of the nail room with your natural nails
