A private lesson conducted online. Send me some notes on what you'd like to learn, or even some match footage/rolling footage and I will plan a lesson for yourself and your training partner. The lesson will be through Skype or Zoom, and I'll guide you through!

To start this session we will discuss what you'd like to improve upon, and then I will help you study Jiujitsu,  - I'll breakdown matches live with you on Zoom, provide you with feedback and help you analyse Jiujitsu for yourself. After the Zoom session, I'll send you on some videos of drills and techniques to work on in your own time.
