Berdasarkan Akta Akuan Berkanun 1960 (Akta 783), Seksyen 2 menyatakan bahawa mana-mana Hakim Mahkamah Seksyen, Majistret, Pesuruhjaya Sumpah, atau, tertakluk kepada seksyen 4 Akta Notari Awam 1959, boleh mengambil dan menerima akuan mana-mana orang yang membuat akuan itu dengan sukarela dalam bahasa melayu atau bahasa inggeris mengikut borang dalam jadual. 

Kanun Tanah Negara 1965 (Akta 828) Subseksyen 13 (1) menyatakan bahawa Pihak Berkuasa Negeri bolehlah melalui pemberitahuan dalam warta mewakilkan kepada Pengarah Negeri, Pendaftar, atau mana-mana pentadbir tanah atau lain=lain pegawai yang dilantik dibawah subsekyen 12(1) supaya menjalankan atau melaksanakan apa-apa kuasa dan kewajipan yang diberi atau dikenakan kepada Pihak Berkuasa Negeri oleh atau dibawah Akta ini.

Located in Northwestern Pennsylvania, doTERRA’s Woodside Oils sustainably produces Birch essential oil from the surrounding forests. Wellness Advocates who are Diamond and above or who are members of the 25 Collective can organize trips with a small group to visit the distillation facility and the forests for an immersive experience in the sourcing and production of this essential oil.​Visits to the facility would last up to an hour for a group of up to 30 people.  During this time, your group would receive a tour of the facility and have the opportunity to learn directly from the experts. Visits can take place all year, with the exception of mid-April to July, which is known as “slipping season,” during which time the bark naturally falls off the trees when harvested and so distillation cannot take place consistently. ​Visitors to Woodside Oils will come away with knowledge of the history of Birch in the forestry industry and as an essential oil, as well as the process for distillation. They will get to see the raw material before it gets distilled and then the actual distillation, learning about each step in the production. Finally, they would visit the lab, see the raw oil, and learn more about the process once the oil leaves Woodside Oils and reaches doTERRA’s facility in Utah. ​If a larger group would like to also visit the facility or forest to see the Birch trees in the wild, this can be arranged, but would require a bit of extra planning​Learn more about the production of Birch essential oil and the history of Woodside Oils here.

To collect rose essential oil as efficiently as possible and ensure doTERRA’s Co-Impact Sourcing Guiding Principles are being upheld, doTERRA built a rose distillery in the town of Shipka, Bulgaria—in an area known as The Valley of the Roses. The Terra Roza distillery began operations in May 2020 and was built as an extension of the doTERRA Esseterre Bulgaria operation.​​The Terra Roza facility is seasonally active, and those involved in the production processes are local specialists and those from the distillery in the town of Dobrich. Terra Roza welcomes all dōTERRA Wellness Advocates to introduce them to Bulgaria's traditional rose oil distillation.

Basing operations in Dobrich, Bulgaria, was strategic for doTERRA to continually pursue what’s pure. The Esseterre distillery is centrally located near lavender and melissa farms that supply raw materials for distillation. Since 2016, Esseterre has been the main source for several doTERRA essential oils, including Lavender, Melissa, Yarrow, and Summer Savory. Essterre is also where frankincense and myrrh resins are distilled.
