We will practice less yoga poses in our slow power flow class. The pace is more meditative, bringing focus to your mind and body. We will hold poses longer, taking several rounds of breath creating a little heat in each pose, instead of moving with each breath.

Yin yoga is a passive, meditative form of yoga that allows you to focus on your breath while releasing tension in your body. Restorative yoga requires you to hold asanas (poses) for an extended length of time up to 5 minutes or sometimes longer.

40 minutes - 39 € This massage service is ideal for those with upper body muscle tension and stress, such as office workers, long-distance drivers, and those with stiff necks. This massage not only eases tension in your muscles but also creates mental relaxation and improves energy flow in the shoulder, neck and back.

45 minutes - 42 € Perfect for promoting scalp health, Meridian Head Therapy combines acupressure with herbal oils and a buffalo horn comb. It addresses problems such as insomnia, anxiety, and headaches and improves sleep quality and relaxation.

60 minutes - 54 € This massage is ideal for relaxing tense muscles. It targets acupoints through techniques such as tapping, pushing, grasping, kneading, pressing, pinching, rolling, and patting to unblock meridians, promote qi and blood circulation, relieve pain, balance Yin and Yang, and restore physical and mental health.

With all rental rates fuel, life vests, sunscreen, launching and loading of the watercraft is provided.  There is no need to tow the Jet Skis to the lake, that is provided with our service.  On each watercraft there is also a waterproof storage container provided to keep your cell phone and other personal items in.With every rental there is a $325 security deposit that is required.  The deposit can be made with a major credit, debit card, Zelle, and/or cash. The deposit is taken at the beginning of the rental and is refunded upon return of the watercraft at the end of the rental if brought back undamaged, excluding normal wear and tear.  In the rare occasion that damage does occur, the remaining balance will be refunded after the cost of repairs have been deducted.  If the damages exceeds the security deposit, you are fully responsible for any repair costs.**Renter is responsible for damages if there is any done at the time of rental.

Each student works one-on-one with a skilled glass blower to pick out their colors and pattern, shape their glass, and create a one-of-a-kind ornament. **We can only work with one person at a time; therefore, each person needs their own time slot. Please book groups at consecutive times.What to expect? Ornaments take 15 minutes per person; each person needs their own time slot. Please wear long sleeves, closed-toe shoes and if you have long hair, put it up. Pieces cannot go home with you on the day of your class; they need to cool slowly over the course of 48 hours. You can pick them up 3 days later or shipping can be arranged during your class for an additional cost. A $20 deposit is due at the time of booking. 

Intro Classes are the perfect beginner glassblowing class. Appropriate for ages 14 and up. Students will work hands-on with one of our experienced instructors to really begin to understand the process of glassblowing while making either a drinking glass, bowl, or vase. All instruction, color, and material is included in the cost. **We can only work with one person at a time; therefore, each person needs their own time slot. Please book groups at consecutive times. What to expect? Plan to be here for 45 minutes per person. Please wear long sleeves, pants, closed-toe shoes and tie back long hair. Pieces cannot go home with you on the day of your class; they need to cool slowly over the course of 48 hours. You can pick them up 3 days later or shipping can be arranged during your class for an additional cost. A $25 deposit is due at the time of booking. 

Intro Plus Classes are a step up showing you how to work with glass both in solid form and blown form. Appropriate for ages 14 and up. Students will work hands-on with one of our experienced instructors to really begin to understand the process of glassblowing while making either a drinking glass, bowl, or vase and a paperweight. All instruction, color, and material is included in the cost.**We can only work with one person at a time; therefore, each person needs their own time slot. Please book groups at consecutive times. What to expect? Plan to be here for 1 hour per person. Please wear long sleeves, pants, closed-toe shoes and tie back long hair. Pieces cannot go home with you on the day of your class; they need to cool slowly over the course of 48 hours.
