In this class we will access your own individual makeup goals. We will discuss skin type and needs, face framing, and flawless blending techniques.

Les temps de préparation et de soins à votre cheval ne sont pas inclus dans le rendez vous. Vous avez ainsi la liberté d'arriver jusqu'à 45 minutes avant l'heure réservée et de partir jusqu'à 45 minutes après la fin du rendez-vous. Néanmoins nous vous demandons de ne pas dépasser 2H de présence globale au haras afin de maitriser l'effectif global présent simultanément  et de garantir la distanciation physique actuellement exigée.

Natural Glam includes, full coverage foundation and contour setting. Along with a natural shade bronzer, blush and eye liner. This glam will be paired with mink lashes-No eye shadow is included with this Natural Glam look 

Soft Glam includes: natural tone eye shadow. Gold /natural color bronzer and blush. This Glam is paired with mink lashes. *Brown Smokey eye or Black Smokey Eye

Full face foundation and contour, paired with your choice of color eye shadow. - 3D Mink lashes are included-Glitter and/or color eye liner

Natural Glam contains , eyebrows, one neutral base eyeshadow , strip lashes , foundation, contour , setting powder, lip gloss/lip color of your choice. 

Soft glam look contains, eyebrows , two eye shadow colors Neutral/ color , strip lashes , foundation, contour , setting powder, highlight , lipgloss / color of your choice 

Full glam look includes, eyebrows , 2/3 eye shadow color , glitter, rhinestones, strip lashes , foundation, contour , setting powder , highlight , lip gloss /lip color of your choice

This is an opportunity for us to meet and discuss the changes that you want to make in your life. Whether you want to release a specific stress, worry, or anxiety or begin to make a new choice in how you think, feel, or act in your life, I can help! During this session, we will discuss the best route to meeting your goals and what you can expect in your first session if we decide to work together. If you're interested in learning how to use Geotran yourself, let me know! There session is complimentary and can be completed online over Zoom, over the phone, or in-person. 

Time: 30 minutes (approximately)Cost: $60 CAIf you are currently experiencing significant stress, worry, or anxiety and desire immediate relief, I can help. This is best for a stress that is causing the following symptoms:- You're having difficulty not thinking about it; are finding yourself ruminating on it- You're experiencing strong negative emotions that you're struggling to let go of or feel at the mercy of- Are significantly distracted by the stress to the point that you cannot be calm in the momentThis service is ideal for situations when you want to be calm, present, and the person you want to be. Common situations where this session can be valuable are: - Right before the weekend or other time away from work when you want to enjoy your time- Right before an interview, sporting event, meeting, or other important event where you want to be at your best- Right after a challenging or unexpected conflict, accident, or other turn of eventsIt is important to know that if the stress, worry, or anxiety returns after this session, an integration will be necessary to create a more permanent change.If you know you have time off coming up, an important event, or an event that is likely to cause you significant stress, it is best to pre-book this session to ensure that I'm available and best prepared to support you. For help determining which session may be best for you, feel free to contact me at info@dreamup.ca. Through an integration, you can create rapid,  meaningful, lasting changes to your thoughts, beliefs, attitudes, patterns, feelings, habits, and more.
