The purpose of the interview is to assess whether mentoring with SAYes aligns with your goals and provides a meaningful and impactful opportunity for social change. Please note that interviews are by invitation only and are conducted via video call.

Each SAYes Masterclass covers a specific lever for behaviour and perspective change, including - feelings, beliefs, habits, explanations, and conditions. Masterclasses draw on interdisciplinary behavourial and social science (including cognitive neuroscience), and provide a deep-dive into the design of interventions in the social sciences. In this 2026 class we cover working with feelings. How does felt sense shape behaviour and experience?

This is 45min outdoor workout designed to work your whole body - including your mind. We use a mixture of bodyweight and cardio exercises to raise the heart rate, build your strength and bring a smile to your face.
