Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes prior as you will not be allowed onsite.If you overstay your hour booking and impact on other swimmers, there will be a £30 penalty. We reserve the right to ban future bookings.We kindly ask that guests refrain from booking more than 1 private 1 hour slot in a 24 hour period, to allow other cottage guests space to book. If 2 bookings are made within 24 hours, the second booking will automatically be cancelled and we have the right to charge a £5 admin fee. You will be given access to the pool and change facilities at the start of the hour. We recommend exclusive use for 6 people maximum. We need at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation to issue a full refund.
