Through restorative postures, conscious breath and guided Yoga Nidra, this
session brings your nervous system into a parasympathetic state: the deep rest
your body often skips, even in sleep.
You will be fully supported with soft props, warmth and silence. This is not a
workout, but a full-body permission to let go.This class supports:

we are a small team and need to close the door promptly at the start of the
session. The door opens 15 minutes before and will not reopen after the session
