In zehn Schulungseinheiten mit einem Zeitrahmen von jeweils 60 Minuten lernen Sie, wie Sie mit einer gesunden und ausgewogenen Ernährung Ihr Gewicht langsam und schonend reduzieren können. Durch die Beschränkung der Gruppengröße auf maximal 10 Teilnehmer/innen bleibt jederzeit die Möglichkeit, individuelle Fragen zu klären und von den Erfahrungen der anderen Teilnehmer/innen zu profitieren.
