Single pole private for (1) one-hour lesson. Either over ZOOM or if in LA area in-person. I will assess where you are in your pole journey and teach tricks, spins, and flows based on your current skill set. In the last 10 minutes of the lesson, I will add up everything we've learned within the hour into a combo which you can dance to a song of your choice. Great for beginners and intermediate!

4-6 year old lessons are usually based around having fun and growing a love for the sport while learning some basics of the game including passing, dribbling, trapping, and shooting. We will have fun soccer based games to play and some drills for learning the basic skills.

7-9 year old training is still usually focused on the basic skills while growing into more additional skills. Additional skills include movement, defending, positioning, etc. We will have fun games and drills and incorporate some small skill based games to improve on the basics. 

10-13 year old training can be players just starting as beginners or those who have played for a few years and have grown into some more intermediate skills. Training will be tailored to the level of the player and help them have fun, improve, and get to the next level.
