Débutant(e), vous venez de vous inscrire mais vous n'osez pas aller sur le plateau de peur de ne pas savoir utiliser les machines. Votre coach s'occupe de vous expliquer comment fonctionnent les appareils de musculation pendant 1h.

We recommend a 45 minute appointment if you are new to us, or if you are a returning customer with a new problem or injury. This gives our physios plenty of time to take your medical history, discuss your problem, complete a full assessment, diagnosis and create a treatment plan. We often have time to start some hands on treatment during this session as well. You may be asked to remove some items of clothing to enable us to assess your movement and complete effective treatment. Please come wearing clothes you feel comfortable to move in.

If you have had your assessment and are returning so we can check in and continue your treatment, our 30 minute follow up appointment should be what you will need.

Our Cancer Rehabilitation Service is a specialist service run by our physiotherapist, Ridhi. Ridhi has several years experience working with cancer rehabilitation, running specialist exercise groups and 1-1 therapy sessions. She has written educational material for Oncology Departments, and has had her work published in scientific papers. She really knows her stuff!Cancer treatment can cause symptoms such as fatigue, pain, breathlessness and weakness throughout the body. Our service helps to identify those issues and aims to improve them slowly. We can also help with lymphedema (a common side effect from cancer treatment causing swelling and pain), using tailored exercise and lymphatic drainage massage. Our cancer rehabilitation service can help people who have recently been through cancer treatment, or those who are currently going through it. We are here to help make your journey that little bit easier, improve your symptoms and get you back to doing the things you love with confidence.
