The Root Cause of dis-ease and illnesses in the body, soul and mind is suppressed emotions.  The emotions we suppress are caused by traumatic event, ancestral predisposition, our culture, and environment.  The root cause is hiding in plain sight.  During these sessions, I will push you and teach you how to ask the right questions that help you uncover your hidden wounds, why you react a specific way to people, places, and things.  Believe it or not, if you can look at all your experiences as a teachable moment and not a victim mind-set, you will see that each experience is reminding you of your soul’s lesson and what trauma you must heal from i.e., Rejection, Betrayal, Abuse, or Abandonment.   You will leave this healing session with clarity, tools, and actions to support your integration. 

This healing session we dive deep into the chakras to help you reveal hidden emotional blockages tied to Anger, Self-Judgement, Self-Criticism, Anxiety, Resentment, Guilt, Shame, Doubt, Fears, Insecurities, Depression, Emotional Pain, and Trauma that you experienced between the ages of 0 to 7.  Once you understand what has been rooted and why, then the healing begins to release the attachment to those experiences.  After this session, you will leave this healing session with clarity, tools, and actions to support your integration. 

Trauma travels through our lineage until someone is tired of being sick and tired and is ready to do something about it.  When we heal the root cause,  it triggers others to heal, and collectively, we end generational trauma(s).  We stop the poison, dis-ease and illnesses from corrupting the next seven generations. Plant Medicines are tools used to help us heal the body and mind from trauma, dis-ease and illness.  Do not let fear keep you from your healing.  Plant Medicines such as Hape’/Rapay (shamanic snuff), Sapo, Cacao, Shrooms, Ayahuasca and other sacred medicines have helped me to heal past emotional wounds, find my purpose, strengthen my intuition and much more.
