After an initial consultation and goal setting session, we will go through 1 training session.  Based on your goals and the amount of sessions you have committed to, I will design a workout tailored to your needs and availability.  We will review training technique, intensity, and exercise form all while going through a completely custom workout plan!

Completely free to our local online training members, we will go through 1 training session in person.  The goal of the session is to review exercise form, training intensity, and anything that could be missed during our routine video check-ins.
