Ce massage fort et intense est réalisé sur une personne habillée, offrant ainsi une approche pratique et adaptée à différents contextes. L'objectif principal de ce massage est de révéler et libérer les blocages physiques, émotionnels et énergétiques en travaillant en profondeur sur les tensions accumulées dans le corps. Les pressions appliquées, parfois fortes, sont combinées à des techniques de respiration spécifiques, permettant d'amplifier les effets de relaxation et de libération. Ce massage ne se limite pas à l'utilisation des mains : divers outils peuvent être intégrés lors de la séance, comme des bâtons, des rouleaux ou encore des fouets, en fonction des besoins spécifiques du client et des zones ciblées. Cette diversité d'approches rend chaque séance unique et personnalisée. Le massage russe vise à reconnecter le corps et l'esprit en aidant la personne massée à prendre conscience de ses tensions profondes et à les relâcher progressivement.

Wellness Coaching is an individualized process promoting wellness and academic and professional excellence by empowering you for you to enhance your well-being. Coaching takes a positive motivational interviewing approach to personal development. For all persons, if you are more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled session with either the Wellness Coach or Peer Coach then you will have to reschedule please. Wellness Coaching focuses on your strengths and using the facets of wellness as a framework for enhancing your well-being. Coaching allows for a growth mindset and challenges you to gain personal awareness and work towards your goals. Looking forward to our coaching experience! This service is offered to students, faculty, faculty interns, and staff. In-person and virtual sessions are both available. An initial face-to-face session is highly encouraged and covid19 prevention protocols must be observed. Please indicate in your booking if your session is in-person or virtual. All students must complete an bio-data form before meeting with the Wellness Coach.
