I offer accessible and lively yoga for practitioners at any level or identity. It is my mission to empower individuals to find the subtle forces within themselves to move through life with greater ease and passion. I would like practitioners to leave feeling more in tune with slow living, as they begin to develop a closeness to the sweetness of the world around them. 營業時間: 每星期六日10:00am~9:30pm。用餐時間由落單起計三個鐘。

場地檯凳有限，所有客人不分年齡皆需訂位。兒童遊樂設施不設入場費，可以免費使用。12歲以下不設最低消費，可以不點餐，13歲以上每人最低消費50港元。

夜晚6點之後過來的客人，需憑密碼23468開閘，預約時請記下。
