Wellness Coaching is an individualized process promoting wellness and academic and professional excellence by empowering you for you to enhance your well-being. Coaching takes a positive motivational interviewing approach to personal development. For all persons, if you are more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled session with either the Wellness Coach or Peer Coach then you will have to reschedule please. Wellness Coaching focuses on your strengths and using the facets of wellness as a framework for enhancing your well-being. Coaching allows for a growth mindset and challenges you to gain personal awareness and work towards your goals. Looking forward to our coaching experience!  This service is offered to students, faculty, faculty interns, and staff. In-person and virtual sessions are both available. An initial face-to-face session is highly encouraged and covid19 prevention protocols must be observed. Please indicate in your booking if your session is in-person or virtual. All students must complete an bio-data form before meeting with the Wellness Coach.

These sessions only happen after an initial coaching session has taken place in which you have completed a form, questionnaire, or survey prior to the session.  In-person and virtual sessions are available.
