A classic lash extension are simple, beautiful, natural-looking eyelash extensions. They are applied on a 1:1 ratio, which means they are attached to one natural lash, allowing you to achieve a natural enhancement.

A Hybrid set is a combination of two techniques. (Volume and individual lash extensions). Hybrid lashes will give you Volume and length. Still a very natural look but more noticeable.

Volume Lashes is a technique in which multiplied lash extensions are fanned out and applied to one natural lash. Volume eyelash extensions allow for a great level of customization to achieve a fuller and fluffier lash line.

A typical home inspection can range from 2-4 hours. Our #1 priority is you, the client. While every home will have its own set of challenges, we believe that it is better to know upfront what you are dealing with.  Armed with our easy-to-understand inspection report and the knowledge it provides, you can enter into real estate transactions confident that you know exactly what you are getting into.  Knowledge is power, and knowing more about your potential new home or existing home will help you better negotiate on price and other concessions.  Price Corrections: Please schedule your inspection based on the home’s actual square footage and age. A re-inspection is billed by the hour (with an hour minimum). Because of the detailed nature of our home inspections, you will be likely be provided with a long list of defects that may include relatively minor issues and/or major structural and life safety issues that should be addressed. With our report in hand, you can work with your real estate agent to negotiate your approach to repairs. We have put together the following suggestions based on our experience to help you best navigate repairs and the re-inspection process. Ultimately, it is up to you and your real estate agent to determine the best way to proceed, but these suggestions can help you make this process smoother.
