If you have never had a message before, Swedish is a good place to start. One of the most common message modalities, especially in spas.   Long even strokes used to ease away superficial muscle tension. This type of message if very soothing and relaxing.   

If you work out consistently, deep tissue massage is for you. It is recommended that if you work out more than 4 days a week, you should get a recovery deep tissue massage every two weeks. (If you don't work out this much, this is still a great massage for all the same reasons.) Deep Tissue Involves continuous, long, and slow strokes over the muscles, targeting the inner layers of  muscle tissue, tendons, and fascia (the protective layer surrounding muscles, bones, joints) for deeper healing.  This method is great for: knots, muscle stiffness, breaking up scar tissues, improving range of motion, relaxation (rest and digest/release of hormones), blood flow for healing of injuries, and improving blood pressure.  

Pregnancy – it is a beautiful thing. BUT – the odd pains and discomfort are not.   I can assist.   Pregnancy message is a slight adaption of Swedish Message, with the addition of shifting the weight distribution to be supportive of the woman and her growing child. The client will lie on their side being supported with various cushions to bring upmost comfort.  Then the magic starts.   This message will help with muscle tension, improve the lymphatic and blood circulatory systems. It is recommended for pregnancy because it addresses may of the issues most commonly seen with pregnancy including changes in the skeletal and circulatory systems as well as shifts in hormones.   Even if you are not pregnant this is still a great message. Many male clients like it more than Swedish because it is more relaxing and restorative.   "Studies done in the past 10 years have shown that hormone levels associated with relaxation and stress are significantly altered when massage therapy is introduced to women’s prenatal care. This leads to mood regulation and improved cardiovascular health. In women who received bi-weekly massages for only five weeks, hormones such as norepinephrine and cortisol (hormones associated with stress) were reduced, and dopamine and serotonin levels were increased (low levels of these hormones are associated with depression)."

This is the perfect session for senior portraits, singles, a couple, or a small family! Entails: -13 Pictures -Small resolution copy (Perfect for Instagrams & other social media!) -High-resolution copy (Perfect for print!) -Delivered within 5 days of the photo session.

A promotional photoshoot is offered on a case-by-case basis to promote Lifestyle Photography OR for good causes pre-approved by Omar. In lieu of payment, clients are asked to show their support through interaction on social media & with their time (about 10 minutes per week).In return, Lifestyle Photography will conduct a 45-minute photo session free-of-charge & will provide 3 photos no questions asked. In addition, LP will provide a total of 12 edited photos with new 2-3 images being released per week until photo supply is exhausted or the client is no longer interested. Photo distribution will start no more than 7 days after shooting and will be provided in Instagram-ready resolution.Follow Lifestyle Photography on Facebook and/or Instagram to give photo credits. Clients are asked to interact with content produced on social media on a casual basis by “liking”, commenting, and/or sharing the content. Providing endorsement under “Photography” skill on LinkedIn (if practical) and filling out simple forms giving feedback on "first impressions". No more than 2-3 tasks will be asked per week with the total time adding up to no more than 10 minutes per week.Why 10 minutes? Working on 2-3 final retouched images from the time of taking the picture to the time to submit a photo to a client takes me about 10 minutes. This includes setting correct settings on the camera, transferring images to a computer, sorting photos, and editing/retouching images. Not counting the cost of professional cameras, professional lens & years of experience.I am happy to offer this service as a thank you to my local community and to support people who may not otherwise have access to photographic services. This service is offered to students and other hand-selected individuals.
