After this 40-minute class, you will feel worked and stretched out! This class will flow with little to no breaks to maximize your time on the equipment.This option is perfect if you want your workout to be efficient and succinct to include into your busy lifestyle.You will work every muscle in your body and move your spine in all directions in every class.

This is the best option for those who want to work out with their husband, wife, friend, family member, etc! :) You and your Pilates Pal will workout together on different pieces of equipment to maximize your time and allow you to benefit from all the awesome apparatus!In each class, the both of you will work every single muscle and move your spine in all directions. Participants do not need to have the same level of fitness. :)

Often times we are stuck with a chronic disease because of stagnant energy/toxicity within our body.
