I can feel when your muscles are tight, knotted, weakened, or are being inhibited (or stuck) by your fascia, and I am trained in how to bring your muscles back to their healthy resting length.  Together, we will loosen your muscles, unstick your fascia, remove your knots, and help weakened muscles gain traction again.  I offer both relaxation and deep tissue massage, but no need to decide that now.
