A sports massage is the manipulation of the soft tissue (muscle), which is used to prevent or improve injuries. This massage is most beneficial for individuals that engage in regular physical activity.

A full body massage includes the arms, legs, hands and feet and the neck and back area. It includes an exfoliation (which is optional) We use an exfoliating scrub to cleanse the skin leaving it feeling fresh, smooth, moisturised and soft once the treatment is complete. 

This is a half body massage where we concentrate solely on massaging the upper body areas such as the neck, shoulder, chest, arms, hands and upper back or the lower back, legs and feet.
