75 minute consult for your first appointment. This weill consist of a full health history assessment. This may include postural analysis, gait analysis, muscle tests, Range of Motion tests an general observations of functional movement. You will then receive a treatment and a treatment plan will be formulated. Then 60 min treatments will be made thereafter. Please wear comfortable clothing that is suitable for the therapist to conduct postural observations ie/ sports leggings and singlet.

60 minute Remedial Massage to target chronic pain and injuries. The one hour appointment will consist of assessments and health histories and a treatment.
