In this free 20 minute introductory coaching session, perspective new clients will have the chance to talk with me about their needs and we will decide if we are a good fit for working together.

In this one hour coaching session via phone, video chat, or in person, Aleksandra will discuss and design a plan that will help you reach your specific goals. For example if you are looking to detox, work on your food addictions, loose weight, help your family to eat more healthy, etc.. a strategy will be designed specifically for your needs.
